We are beginning with reviewed requests and personal introductions. As the community grows, its members will help decide whether it needs group conversations, virtual gatherings, or a private adult message space.

Choose “An adult living with CMT” in the request below.Parents can request introductions to other families and find established, moderated opportunities for young people with CMT.
A parent or legal guardian should submit the request.Young people deserve friends who understand braces, falls, appointments, frustration, and everything else that can come with CMT. For now, youth introductions through CMT Together begin with a parent or legal guardian.
Families can also explore the CMTA’s established youth programs, including its moderated Youth Group, youth activities, and Camp Footprint.

Offer experience, not prescriptions. What helped one person may not be right for another.
Lead with respect. No harassment, pressure, unsolicited fundraising, or discrimination.
Keep youth contact family-led. Adults should never privately contact an unrelated young person through this project.
