CMT Together does not need to duplicate the good communities that already exist. These established CMTA programs offer local, virtual, age-specific, and family connections. Choose the route that fits—or use our private registry below if you still need help finding your person.

A good community starts here
What we ask of everyone.
Protect privacy. Share your own experience, and ask before sharing someone else’s story or images.
Offer experience, not prescriptions. What helped one person may not be right for another.
Lead with respect. No harassment, pressure, unsolicited fundraising, or discrimination.
Keep youth contact family-led. Adults should never privately contact an unrelated young person through this project.

Your request is sent directly to our private connection registry for our review. It is not posted publicly.
We will not share your contact information with another person or family without asking you first.
The button below opens our Google Form in this same tab. You do not need a Google account. After submitting, look for the thank-you message. Google Forms is set to email a copy of your answers to the address you provide, so please check it carefully.
Please do not include medical records, full birthdates, school names, home addresses, or other sensitive information.
If you do not see confirmation or receive a copy, check your spam folder or email connect@cmttogether.org so we can check—you do not need to submit repeatedly.
